Online Purchases (pawnsuperstore.com)

Items purchased on our website may be returned within 14 days. You can send the item back by mail or bring it to our Garland store within the same 14-day window.

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• Jewelry: All jewelry sales are final. Jewelry cannot be returned.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in our store may be returned within 30 days for store credit only.

Condition and Approval

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sold. All returns are subject to approval.
